Job Details
A leading real estate consultancy is currently seeking a Associate/Associate Director Valuation Surveyor to join their highly established team based in Central London.
The role will mainly focus on undertaking loan security valuations on behalf of major lending organisations.
You will work across both commercial and residential asset classes which will cover London and the UK. These assets will include offices, retail, retail warehousing, industrial, sites for development inducing residential led developments.
Key requirements:
- Real Estate degree qualified.
- Member of RICS is essential.
- RICS registered valuer is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Argus.
- Excellent report writing skills.
Salary will range from £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus potential.
