Property Asset Manager

I am partnered exclusively with a respected, family owned property investment business, to grow their Property Asset Management team with an MRICS qualified Surveyor.

The business is based in North London and they have an excellent reputation within the area. They have been providing expertise in the UK commercial property market for over 40 years and the team is made up of experts in the property sector. The property portfolio is UK wide and consists of retail, office and industrial assets.

You will be joining a small, close-knit team and the role will be reporting into the company Director. You will also have management duties of the more junior individuals in the team. Key responsibilities for the role will include but are not limited to:
- Strategic asset management
- Portfolio value add initiatives
- Lease advisory
- Commercial property management

The role requires an individual who is client facing and who can work strategically to add real value to the property portfolio.

The successful applicant will be MRICS qualified with commercial property management experience.
