Investment Agent (PRS/BTR) @ Top Investment Agency

RealRec are delighted to be working with one of London's leading Investment and Development consultancies who are looking for an experienced investment agent to focus on PRS and BTR investment opportunities including:

- Sites with and without planning permission
- Sites comprising 100 - 1,000 units
- Existing blocks
- Forward funding
- Forward purchase

Requirements:

- 2+ years previous investment agency or commercial property experience, with at least 12 months in PRS/BTR
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and capable of developing and maintaining a network of contacts and clients
- The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Full driving licence
- A strong property and investor network

Our client are offering a very competitive basic salary circa £25,000 to £40,000 + commission. Long term career prospects are fantastic, with the ability to earn in excess of £100k.
