If you've been waiting for an Interim Estates Surveyor role to come up then you're in luck!
An opportunity working from home for a Local Authority based in the North West has come up for an experienced Chartered Estates Surveyor. This is your usual commercial estate management role looking after a varied portfolio including industrial units and retail.
You'll be undertaking all aspects of Landlord & Tenant, rent reviews, lease renewals, land enquiries etc.
They ideally would like a Chartered Estates Surveyor, who understands local government as you'll be set up remotely for an initial 3 month contract.
