Joshua Robert are working with a well established Rural Consultancy in Lancashire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Rural Surveyor with town planning experience to join their established rural, planning and development team in Lancashire covering the North West. They are looking for an ambitious individual and offer a clear route to Director.

The role will include:
  • Assisiting the management of Landed Estates
  • Landlord & Tenant and Compensation work
  • Planning applications
  • Professional advice on agricultural, residential and mixed use developments
Role Requirements:

  • MRICS Rural Surveyor
  • FAAV (desirable not essential)
  • Planning experience
  • Estate Management and General Practice experience
  • First class written and spoken communication skills to deliver effective client services and interactions with colleagues and contacts
