Site Manager - £50,000-£55,000 + Package - Kent
Our client, a premium-brand residential developer, are currently looking to add a Site Manager to their team, to be based on one of their traditional build sites in Kent.
We are looking for someone with experience as a number one on a traditional build housing scheme for a residential developer, with the ability to take a project from groundworks to completion and handover.
The project is a 50 unit scheme, all traditional build.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years experience as a #1 Site Manager/Project Manager on traditional build resi schemes.
- Experience taking sites from groundworks to completion.
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
