Director MEP

My client has secured large investment and is looking for fast grow. Establishing a pipeline of work secured with a number of large projects.

You will be required to build an internal delivery team focusing on mixed schemes. Experience in all aspects of MEP it is essential you will also have operational and commercial experience working at a strategic level with profit and loss responsibility. You will have a previous good track record of working as a project or commercial manager.

The business provides innovative off-site solutions, you shall have knowledge and experience of modular build in mixed use but also be interest in other sectors looking to develop the businesses solutions. This senior level role will provide technical expertise to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements of compliance, including fire safety equipment, water safety plant, gas safety and electrical safety.
