£58,170- £66,400 per annum inclusive of London Inner Weighting (depending on experience and performance)
24 months fixed term contract

About us

The Corporate Property Group is part of the City Surveyor’s Department, which is responsible for managing our commercial and investment property holdings and providing professional valuation, engineering, architecture and surveying services to other departments. Corporate Property Groups is responsible for a diverse range of assets and supporting an equally diverse range of stakeholder departments to achieve their objectives.
The role
You will be responsible for delivering a number of complex disposals and supporting with other corporate projects as they arise, both housing and commercial. The successful candidate will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, manage consultant teams, provide professional advice to service departments, and generate business cases which balance corporate service delivery and commercial objectives to enable informed decision making.
About you
You are expected to be either be a Chartered General Practice Surveyor and member of the RICS or have significant experience and the technical knowledge required for the role. You will demonstrate a great track record of delivery, complex project experience, sound stakeholder management and commercial business acumen. A broad background in disposal and development agreements is key. Experience of development delivery and an awareness of market trends in and around London would also be advantageous. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines as well as attention to detail and a sense of purpose are essential.
