Rural Surveyor - South Wales

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Rural Surveyor on behalf of a reputable firm in South Wales. The role is for that of a qualified Surveyor to take on a varied Rural role, with a bias of Estate Management work.

You will be responsible for the management of several rural estates in South Wales and England, you will also be undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals, compulsory purchase cases and some planning work.

The client base is varied and will incorporate, private clients, utilities companies, charities, and other landowners.

With a respectable brand they are well placed to provide clear career progression and an established team to work within. They provide a quality service to their client base, with traditional values and professional integrity.

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified with a good understanding of L&T law and a sound experience of Estate Management.
