Job Details
- Responsible for the overall lead and management of clear, consistent and quality building safety management, repairs and improvements, on a strategic and operational level to all high & low rise apartment blocks.
- Ensuring both statutory & non-statutory building safety responsibilities in relation to legislation and associated building regulations.

- Responsible for the overall lead and management of clear, consistent and quality building safety management, repairs and improvements, on a strategic and operational level to all high & low rise apartment blocks.
- Ensuring both statutory & non-statutory building safety responsibilities in relation to legislation and associated building regulations.
- Resident communication strategy.
- Site inspections & audits.
- Compliance regulations including Fire Safety, Gas, M&E, Legionella and Asbestos.
- Health & Safety.
- Identification of building hazards.
- Environmental H&S.
Profile
- Background in managing the H&S and Compliance for residential or housing portfolio's
- H&S: HHSRS
- Fitness for Human Habitations Law
- Housing Safety Act
- Building Regulations
- Experience in carrying out H&S and Compliance audits
- Fire safety, Asbestos, M&E, Legionella and Gas regulations
