Customer Service Executive/Coordinator- Leading Property Developer in the North West

A unique opportunity for a Customer Service Executive Coordinator to join an established Property Developer in Manchester to manage the Customer service journey from exchange of contract to PC/Handover of residential property.

This Property Developer is well known for its high-quality standards of work within the residential property sector and are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team, being involved in a various residential schemes within Manchester. This property developer is working on prestigious residential projects scaling from £50- £100m within the North West region.

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing the customer experience and journey from exchange of contracts to the completion and handover. You will have an opportunity to work for a Property Developer that delivers high quality residential apartment schemes.

They are looking for an extremely hard-working, resilient individual to carry out the process from the exchange of contracts to the legal completion, ensuring high quality standards are kept at all times throughout and giving the customer a first-class experience. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be expected to arrange appointments with valuers and prepare relevant paperwork in advance. You will also be accompanying valuers to individual apartments, ensuring that they have all of the information they need including comparable information. Your main focus within this role as a Customer Service Executive Coordinator is to guarantee quality for the customer at all times. This includes regular meetings with the legal team and your own team to keep the customer informed throughout the whole process, checking all apartments prior to handover to ensure high quality standards throughout and managing any issues that may occur.

This is an extremely exciting role to be involved in the preparation and handover of luxurious, high spec apartments within the heart of the vibrant city. It is key you are a good communicator and deal well under pressure.

This role would be suitable for Real Estate and Property Professionals who have experience within the property sector dealing with residential property for a property developer or Housebuilder or Real Estate Agency. You may have experience in conveyancing role. Experience in sales coordination or customer service manager roles are of interest.
