Senior Project Manager - Oxfordshire

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a strong Senior Project Manager to lead a 500 + unit residential development in the heart of Oxfordshire.

As the Project lead, you will have experience in running either traditional build developments or low to mid rise schemes. The development has just completed the marketing suite and show homes are now being complete.

Job Responsibilities -

• Leading a 500 + unit residential scheme in Oxfordshire with a team reporting into you
• Housing experience a necessity, with a track record of leading projects and highest levels of professionalism
• Demonstrate a history of project completion
• Experience with team management

Core Abilities -

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
• Responding to changing business circumstances and readily adapts to maintain effective performance
• Take responsibility for personal improvement, learning from experience and new situations
• Knowledge and understanding of traditional developments
• Knowledge of residential developments

You will have a strong build or build inspector background in the residential sector.
