Are you an experienced Planner and want to work for a dynamic and successful consultancy? Want to work directly with Senior Directors and be heavily involved in a range of major schemes across the South East?
A leading independent consultancy, awarded and recognised by the RTPI is looking to appoint an experienced Planner to join the team. From day one, you will be working on large-scale strategic schemes with renowned blue-chip companies and a host of extremely loyal clients. Projects range from masterplanning major developments through to gaining consent for high-end residential developments for high wealth individuals.
You should have 12-18 months experience either in local government or consultancy as well as a strong understanding of the Planning system to be able to succeed in the role.
On a daily basis you will be assisting the Directors, researching, drafting and submitting planning applications, preparing for appeal, committee or any other high-profile public event as well as attending client meetings and site visits when necessary.
The company is a very successful, medium sized, independent consultancy with years of proven success in dealing with a range of complex applications across the UK. The business is looking to grow and has regularly been recognised by the RTPI for their successes in dealing with challenging schemes and repeatedly delivering fantastic outcomes for their clients.
