Client Details

My client is a council in the Leicestershire area. This role is home based with one day in the week in the office potentially if and when required.

Description

The key responsibilities will include:

- Producing an asset management plan. Really exploring and clarifying where to invest, where to sell, where can they exit leases. It is about preparing for the future and how property will feature in this plan.

- Restructuring the team around the asset management plan. Making sure that the team is fit for purpose.

- Manage the existing team - it comprises of three members.

Profile

The interim Estates Manager ideally would:

- Have experience of producing asset management plans

- Have experience of managing a small team

- Ideally have local experience essential

- Ideally be MRICS qualified

- Be comfortable restructuring a team

- Be able to commute to Leicester potentially one day a week

Job Offer

The Interim Estates Manager can expect a 6 month contract, inside of IR35. Pay in relation to experience, but rough guide is between £300-400/ Day. Immediate start. Apply if of interest.
