Our client is a leading property consultancy looking to bring on a senior surveyor to their expanding team in order to work across two client accounts. The role is paying up to £35k plus car allowance and benefits etc. The role will be based out of their Birmingham office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be managing key corporate accounts
- Responsible for coordination and proactive management of a significant part of the Client’s real estate portfolio
- Day to day estates management along with inspections
- Weekly Assignments
- Lease renewals
- Transaction Management of some of Client’s acquisition and disposals
- Assisting with budgeting, monthly funding requests and preparation of all reports to clients
- Quarterly reports
- Development and maintenance of Client relationships
- Reviewing strategic opportunities within relevant parts of the portfolio and identifying opportunities to add value
- Ensuring the database is accurate and updated
- Attending/chairing meetings as appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Active team player
- Ability to successfully communicate with colleagues as well as clients
- Co-ordination of admin and client finance function in London.

- Essential qualifications
- Educated to degree level – MRICS
- Self-motivated with proven track record in delivering quality client service within tight timescales
- An ability to handle a wide range of management and professional duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to report verbally and in writing to clients
- Experience in management of commercial property from a corporate real estate or landlord perspective
- A wide range of property experience will also be beneficial
