Job Details
Macdonald & Company are recruiting for one of their clients, a small to medium sized consultancy based in Cirencester. With over 50 staff and offices nationally our client has been on a substantial period of growth in recent years and is looking to grow to their team.
The most suitable candidate will have the following remit:
Run and importantly lead and grow the well-established Cirencester office.
The focus of the role is to manage a portfolio of commercial property in and around Cirencester whilst undertaking agency instructions on a few managed properties and standalone instructions.
Cirencester managed portfolio: 54 tenancies, 24 properties and 3 service charges.
Working throughout Gloucestershire, but willing to travel and prepared to cover additional property management work in and around Nottinghamshire.
In addition, you will be required to undertake rent review and lease renewal work as part of the property management portfolio you will be managing.
The role will also require you to pitch for and source new instructions and utilise your market contacts to do this.
The ability to undertake loan security valuations and to therefore be an RICS Registered Valuer would be an advantage but is not critical.
