Business Change Manager

The company 

Our client, a large government backed organisation, is looking for a Business Change Manager to join their Real estate team to provide advice to a number of internal clients from Petition Management, Construction and Operations, Health and Safety, Environment, Finance as well as to the Department for Transport


The role

At the forefront of this exciting project you will be providing help, support and guidance to system users brought about through system and process change, establishing a centralised support and issue & user requirements management process and organising super users and key stakeholders to facilitate change.

The candidate 

Our client is only looking for candidates with the following experience:

Knowledge:

• Comprehensive understanding of the change lifecycle, as well as knowledge of best practice business change management, tools and techniques
• Learning methodology and cycles with different approaches as well as knowledge of best practice tools and techniques
• Proven experience of conducting workshops and gaining Business Change and trust
• The ability to motivate others and achieve maximum output and commitment

Experince:

• Provided training services either within a complex project / programme environment or a large organisational setting
• Created users guides, manuals and training materials
• Implemented change management methodologies, processes, activities and tasks
• Managed users, user groups and key stakeholder relationships
