Senior Project Manager, North London, Major, Technically Challenging Scheme, Basic c£95,000 + Bonus

Role As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading a 800 unit scheme comprising of both traditional build and RC frame apartments plus a large underground carpark. The project is due to go live within the next two months and so you will be involved from the start. Key to the successful undertaking of the role is the ability to complete the project safely, on budget, to programme and to a high-quality. There will be an on-site team of c400 operatives and tradespeople who are led by a group of Site Managers who are your direct reports. You will ensure that they have all the support necessary to undertake their roles and deliver the project efficiently. Your role is both hands-on operational and strategic reporting back to the production director ensuring clear, concise and accurate information is reported.

Company My client is a major residential developer who undertake a broad range of residential projects across the South East. They have several live sites and extremely strong pipeline of new sites.

Person We are seeking to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager who can demonstrate experience of having delivered sizable, complex residential developments. You are both operational and strategic in your outlook and can bring together a broad range of individuals and skill sets and lead them towards one aim. You have a passion for development and a well-rounded character and skill set, understanding a wide range of trades and disciplines. You are technically proficient and understand detail and complexity. You are a natural leader and will gain the respect of both your peers and the leadership team giving them confidence in your capability.
