Our client is Owner managed Cost & Project Management construction consultancy, who are increasing headcount and winning new contracts despite the difficult circumstances surrounding all of us currently.
This is testament to their diversity of client and project portfolio, strategic management and all round what a well ran business they are.
They are seeking a Project Manager ideally with some form of chartership or currently working to accreditation.
Working across Health, Industrial, Commercial & Healthcare you will gain exposure to a diversity of projects across both public & private sectors.
 
Job Overview;
Liaising with clients & stakeholders
Administering JCT Contracts
Lead projects from “cradle to grave”
Working closely with an Associate Director
Advisory capacity to key clients
