Job Details
Despite the current uncertainty our client has identified and acquired numerous development opportunities and have several Student Accommodation Apartment schemes live across the Midlands.
Due to this significant growth, the business is now seeking to add a Project Manager to work along side their COO.
The role will entail close stakeholder engagement, managing and quality, for their approved Design teams and contractors. Ensuring the project is to time and budget.
You will be commercially astute with excellent technical skills related to building and the whole construction life cycle.
To be considered, you’ll need to be an experienced Project Manager, ideally RICS qualified with a proven track record of delivery within the residential sector.
