About the Client:

A niche bespoke residential developer with an enviable reputation for building design led quality homes.  Their award winning select developments can be found in desirable locations in the Yorkshire region.  They are looking to recruit a Construction Director to join a small well-established team. 

The Role: 

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the Construction and Customer Care function accountable for the delivery side of the business. The post holder will take full responsibility for the areas of Health & Safety, pre-production, managing the construction process, cost control and customer care across current and future sites.
