A privately-owned, high-spec housebuilder with an active and growing portfolio of sites across the Midlands.
Description
Deliver Quantity Surveying services using knowledge to meet corporate objectives.
Deliver monthly financial statements/reports for projects forecasting the anticipated total final cost including financial provisions included in the contract and other direct payments and report as required.
Provide progress reports in relation to the overall programme.
Profile
The successful candidate will come from a house-building background working within quantity surveying.
