Asset Manager

Our client is a highly established real estate investor and developer who specialise in the industrial and logistics market. They are a growing business and are therefore seeking an Asset Manager to join their team based in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founders and the development team on the strategic asset management and leasing of their expanding portfolio. As well as developing and implementing value-add strategies you will also be responsible for:

• Co-ordination of the leasing, development, marketing and on-going asset performance.
• Managing third party providers and managing the leasing and marketing life-cycle.
• Engage proactively with tenants and create strong partnerships.
• Produce forecasting for annual business plans across each asset.
• Continually review property and project budgets in line with the underwritten financial plans.
• Update the finance team on a quarterly basis with detailed asset figures.

Key Asset Management Requirements:

• Member of RICS is essential.
• Proven Asset Management, Property Management and L&T experience.
• Previous experience working in the industrial/logistics/warehouse market is advantageous.
• Excellent numerical and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain relationships with external agents.

This role will suit an existing Asset Manager with industrial and logistics experience or it would suit someone working agency side looking to move into a principal side role.

Salary will depend on the individual but will range from £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits and discretionary bonus.

Office is based in Central London.
