Job Details
A UK based residential Development Company is currently seeking a Development Manager to join their growing team in London. The role will be focused on BTR, student accommodation, hotel and PRS developments.
You will be responsible for working on large scale schemes across the UK. Some of the day to day responsibilities will include:
- Undertake and update feasibility and viability appraisals when required.
- Undertake due diligence on schemes.
- Prepare the development brief and assist in the preparation of business plans, delivery programmes and process reporting.
- Oversee S106 agreements.
- Assemble the project professional team and lead development meetings.
- Managing external consultants and the project team.
- Monitor the delivery of the development working closely with the project team and project manager.
- Oversee the financial analysis and profit forecasting.
- Track the overall delivery, planning and development programmes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience within BTR/Student Accommodation asset classes.
- Strong networking abilities/ good connections within the industry.
- Previous Development Management experience.
- Examples of managing residential/BTR/student accommodation developments through the full development life cycle.
The Salary is competitive between £65,000-£90,000 (depending on experience).
Office is based in Central London.
