Commercial Manager – Housebuilder – Cheshire

My client is an award winning regional housebuilder who build well appointed houses of the highest standards of quality. They are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to join an established team of housebuilding professionals as they move into a phase of growth.

  
About the role:  
  
Reporting to the Managing  Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for aspects of commercial management providing a hands-on approach to projects.  

• Lead, manage and support all pre and post contract commercial activities within the regional office.  
• Ensuring that commercial opportunity is optimized and converted as appropriate  
• Ensuring the cultivation of long-term effective trading relationships.  

In time you will play a key role in the development of the Business Strategy and wider business activities.
  
The successful candidate will have experience of new build traditional housing, finished to a high-quality standard and be adept to working in a focused environment providing commercial guidance.
