Senior Lettings Negotiator - Notting Hill
Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator who wants to work for one of the most successful independent Estate Agents in Prime Central London?
One of our core clients is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work in one of their most successful offices in London covering Notting Hill and Holland Park as a patch. As an area, it's highly sought after with great stock about and some of the best fees to be had in London itself.
It's a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced and who has their eye on management in the not so distant future making this a perfect seat allowing you to come in, get stuck in, prove yourself and step up. The leadership embrace growth and career development and they want ambitious individuals to help drive the company forward long-term.
As the right candidate, you must have following skills/experience:
- Minimum 12 -18 months experience in Residential Lettings
- Strong track record in winning market appraisals
- Keen interest in the London property market
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Money motivated, enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Our client is offering: £19,000 basic with £60,000 OTE and a company car allowance
