Property Manager - Battersea
Our client, a highly regarded and exclusive residential estate agency, is looking to strengthen their property management department with someone who can bring in a few years of experience.
The company believe in delivering only the best in customer service and making every client/customer interaction an enjoyable one. With an incredible marketing team, motivated and passionate leaders our client presents a fantastic and fun working environment with great support structures in place.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 - 18 months residential property management experience, a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working in a challenging yet enjoyable role and be able to handle their own.
You will be involved in the preparation of Tenancy Agreements, Invoices & Account Statements, Tenancy Inspections, Check-Outs, Organising of quotes/ work through contractors.
The opportunities are endless with the company, they believe in the development of staff and ongoing training is provided on the job which is always a great benefit.
Salary: 28-32K Dependent on experience
