Job Details
Commercial Asset Manager required for West End based Investment Management fund.
You will be responsible for:
• Ensuring all asset management is undertaken efficiently to maximise income and value.
• Proactively managing all lease events, lettings and refurbishments.
• Managing and coordinating external professionals and agents.
• Managing value enhancement processes via planning applications and small scale development.
What we are looking for:
• A proactive asset manager with at least 2 years commercial property / Agency experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A confident, energetic individual with a good sense of humour.
