Job Details
Beach Baker are delighted to be working with a leading provider of commercial real estate services, they are looking for a candidate to join the Asset Management team in London.
This role will be 2 days a week from the office and 3 working from home.
This role requires coverage for UK and Europe, and will involve the day to day management of CRE loans secured by all types of real estate
Analyse LMA standard finance and real estate documents
Manage development loans, review and analyse borrowers' utilisations request and information package
Evaluate real estate security
Report to client internal risk management group
Prepare and update loan allocation lists together with onboarding new loans
You will understand the drawdown process.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a financial advisory role and have real estate experience.
You will also hold a Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
My client requires an excellent communicator, someone who can support and mentor people in the team.
