Job Details
An award winning planning team with projects across the nation is looking to appoint an Associate Planner to continue providing expert advice to a range of clients.
In the role, you will be responsible for a number of strategic projects whilst also managing large-scale and complex planning applications. You will be a key member of the team and be mentoring junior Planners as they support you on schemes. As an Associate Planner, you will also be expected to generate new leads, follow up on potential opportunities and attend events to build your own brand and that of the company.
You will be an MRTPI chartered Planner with a comprehensive understanding of the UK planning system (local knowledge will add strength to your application). To perform in the role you will also need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be a confident individual when presenting at public events.
