I am currently recruiting for a Interim Valuation Surveyor for a client in the East Midlands region. This role is to support the red book valuations project which due to covid is behind schedule. A competent valuer, who is comfortable completing red book valuations is what we are seeking. Great employer, nice team and flexible working arrangements can be considered. Client Details
My client is a council in the East Midlands, with a large and varied commercial portfolio.
Description
The key responsibilities would be to undertake red book valuations on the commercial estates over a six month period.
Profile
The successful would ideally be a Registered Valuer, but registered status is not essential if someone has ample experience in completing valuation work on commercial assets.
This person would need to be able to work remotely, with occasional travel to site in Northampton.
This has to be someone who would enjoy or at least be able to focus solely on valuation work.
Job Offer
The candidate can look to secure between £30-35/ Hour, inside IR35. Home based role. 6 month contract. Flexible working and even part time working would be considered.
