Description
Complex stakeholder management of national/regional developers, local authorities, home owners and more.Manage and oversee 200+ schemes.Managed outsourced external land service supplier performance. Manage and develop 2 direct reports.Report progress to senior leadership.Be proactive, assertive and engaging in day-to-day tasks.Profile
- MRICS is desirable but not essential. Must have a good understanding of land rights. Background in infrastructure surveying preferable or at the very least: a demonstrable understanding of what powers are afforded. Must be able to deal with a high volume of work. Must have a driving license and be comfortable with frequent travel.
