Job Details
Macdonald & Company are working with a consultancy that specialise in offices in Central London and are looking for a Property Manager.
You will be responsible for the management of a commercial property portfolio and the role will require you to have regular contact and communication with institutional and family office clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic review and preparation of due diligence information in preperation for acquisitions, purchases and sales.
- Preparing client reports on the property management service and regular formal reporting to clients
- Management of rental and other income, including tenant indebtedness
- Identifying opportunities to negotiate re-gears or reversions to achieve value enhancement
- Undertaking or arranging property inspections
- Preparation and administration of service charge expenditure
Qualifications & Experience
- MRICS qualified is desirable
- Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing a varied portfolio of commercial properties
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a lot of exposure, with the role offering lots of autonomy too. You will work closely with both the Property & Asset Management team and have the chance to learn of experienced professionals.
