An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-known developer/property company who is thriving in the industrial sector. They are looking to add an AD to their investment team to continue to have a market leading industrial portfolio. You must have a strong track record of value creation opportunities and be well connected within the industrial and logistics market in the Midlands. You will have a solid understanding of cashflow and financial modelling and have experience of portfolio investment valuation.
