Asset Manager - London - Up to £75,000 Per Annum + Benefits

A leading investment Boutique is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join their London team.  The role is paying up to £75,000 Per Annum + benefits.   Working with the Head of Asset management you will be responsible for managing a portfolio amongst a team.   You will be fully responsible for taking the lead on implementing business plans, managing portfolio performance and taking long term strategic decisions.

• Asset Management of own portfolio of assets  within the industrial, retail & Commercial sector
• Developing and implementing value-add asset management strategies
• Formulating annual business plans for each asset
• Various asset management related tasks including; new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease expiries, surrenders, forfeitures and client reporting
• Managing third party service providers including: letting agents, solicitors, property managers and building surveyors
• Sourcing, modelling, inspecting and carrying out required due diligence for UK acquisitions

Skills:

• Asset Management & Transactional experience is essential
• Good numeracy and analytical skills;
• A proven track record of identifying opportunities to add value and delivering against targets of financial outperformance;
• Ability to take ownership and manage complex projects
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
