Looking for a more interesting project with flexibility?
A large Local Authority based in South Central and South West of England are looking for a Corporate Project Manager with a housing background to move forward development sites and obtain planning permission.
You will be working entirely from home so location is not a huge restriction for this role.
The Role:
- Develop, implement and manage corporate projects for service delivery
- Maintain an understanding of appropriate legislation, policy and procedures
- Arranging discussions with local community groups
- You will need to carry out site Surveyors
About You:
- Ideally you will have a relevant degree and have extensive knowledge and understanding of project management
- You'll have worked in Local Governemnt/Housing Associations before in a similar role
- Proven experience managing teams
