Job Details
Our client is a small and fast-growing London family office. As the Commercial Property Manager you will be responsible for managing both the commercial and residential portfolio interests.
As Property Manager you will work closely with the senior Directors and will take ownership of establishing a well-run and professional property management function. Engaging with tenants, improving communications, processes, governance and service delivery fall within the remit of this varied role.
Candidates will need to be experienced property managers and be able to show a track record of excellent delivery, customer service and process improvement. Experience of dealing with both London residential and commercial assets would be an advantage.
