Residential Investment and Development Manager

A Global Real Estate services provider is expanding, seeking to recruit a qualified Senior Surveyor, Associate Director or Director to join their successful Residential Investment and Development team, focused on build to rent, student accommodation and senior living sectors.

My client has established a major presence in Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa, has a network of 600 offices worldwide and has been ranked the property industry's number one employer by The Times for the last six years. As a business they offer a range of expertise which covers all the key segments of residential, office, industrial, retail, leisure, healthcare, rural and hotel property, and mixed-use development schemes.

Your role will see you based out of a modern, open plan office in the West End of London, yet on-boarded remotely due to the current global pandemic. You will be dealing with large scale residential development and investment transactions in addition to leading on professional consultancy. You will be working with institutional clients on new and existing investment and development opportunities and have the experience to lead from the front on research, analysis, due diligence, and transactions. As a result, we will need you to be able to model and present financial data exceptionally well using excel and you will need to demonstrate a passion for residential growth sectors build to rent, purpose build student accommodation and retirement living.
