Associate/Senior Associate

I am currently working with a client based in London that is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing team due to winning a number of large scale projects. They work across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hotels and Stadia with a projects starting from £100m+ in value. This particular role is a slightly different remit for them with the need to deliver strategic land play and master planning to deliver the infrastructure, ready for 5000 new homes to be built.

There is a team already in place that would will be looking to do the day to day delivery however they are requiring a strong character to come in to manage the client and lead the project. The ideal candidate will have had experience in the Residential sector, an understanding of infrastructure (civil engineering degree) and be working at an Associate level or above. This is a really good opportunity to come into a top tier consultancy that will offer you the opportunity to work into a Partner role when you have delivered on projects.

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Residential Experience
• MRICS or MAPM would be advantageous
• Civil Engineering Degree or Infrastructure experience
• Consultancy experience is essential
