Job Details

Is flexible working essential to you? As well as interesting Projects? With an excellent firm? That would be ideal right??

Picture this; you wake up a little bit later than you would if you had to travel into an office (it feels like a lie in), and you miss those busy morning tubes that we all love!

Maybe you can spend some extra quality time with your family and when it comes to starting your working day, you have your remote set up ready and waiting for you.

In terms of the firm, they’re extremely flexible. The team all live roughly within an hour’s commute of Central London and understand that with their set up they can efficiently, and productively fulfil all of their tasks from the comfort of their own home without having to travel into an office every day.

With that being said, they do also share an office located in Central London with another firm who they share a lot of work with if you are someone who loves working in an office environment.

If that wasn’t enough to gage your interest, 90% of their projects are new build developments, and with the 10% that are refurbishments there is often an element of new build maybe an extension to those properties. Your will work autonomously leading and delivering schemes around the £10million - £30million mark, whilst assisting on schemes up to £90million.

The firm have a very strong presence within the educational sector, but also work on stadiums, and do some confidential work within the office, and prime residential sectors all to the highest specification. They have delivered some phenomenal projects, have an excellent reputation, and a healthy pipeline of work.

What is there to think about?

Requirements:

  • 3-5 year’s experience delivering projects
  • AssocRICS/MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB (preferred)
  • Exposure to a blend of sectors
  • Exposure to new builds, and refurbishments
