Job Details
You will have experience working previously as a surveyor or in planning for a consultancy then having moved into development you will have recent experience working for a house builder on large complex schemes working client side.
The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of planning and development through each phase of the project. You will have experience of community engagement, 3rd party consents and pre-start obligations.
You will be responsible for shortlisting consultants for the planning process, leading design meetings, managing budgets, and engaging with the LA.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years relevant experience ideally with an industry qualification such as MRICS.
