PSD are working to support a privately owned commercial property investment and development company who require a Leasing Manager to take on a broad leasing and asset management role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a really good regional portfolio consisting of regional offices, light industrial and some good quality retail assets. 

As Leasing Manager will take responsibility for the leasing activity across the mixed portfolio of commercial assets to minimise voids and maximise income. You will oversee the refurbishment and repositioning of assets, marketing, negotiating, instructing solicitors and managing transactions through to completion. In addition you will work closely with the investment and acquisitions teams in providing occupational advice and assisting with creating and delivering asset management strategies and assisting with deal sourcing. 

To be considered candidates will need to be chartered surveyors with commercial asset and leasing experience working for a property company or advisory practice. You will need to be able to drive and willing to be mobile with assets across the West and North of London and M25 and home counties.
