Chartered Rural Surveyor - Associate

Joshua Robert Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join an established rural business, to take a leading role in providing professional rural advice to a large loyal client base in the East Midlands. They have an excellent reputation in the area and are continuing to grow even in these uncertain times. The position will operate from two offices in Leicestershire.
 
The Role
The role will be taking a leading role in general practice, valuations, development and compensation claims. The job holder will be passionate about service delivery and ensure all activity is focused on adding value to our customer experience. The role will involve extensive customer interactions working to continually evolve and improve service in line with our customers' expectations. There is an opportunity to become a potential partner. There is already a loyal customer base which the candidate will be expected to grow and manage.
 
The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess MRICS, be a RICS Registered Valuer and have a high level of experience in rural matters. If the candidate also possesses FAAV that would be a considerable advantage. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious chartered surveyor looking for clear progression
