Are you an experienced Senior Estate Surveyor who is ready for a new challenge within a specialist and unique organisation? DIO is responsible for managing the MODs estate, within this the Estates Department deliver a comprehensive surveying and Subject Matter Expert service to all areas. The Senior Estates Surveyor will lead an established team within our Estates network at RAF Wyton. As a customer focused and experienced property professional and team leader; you will deliver challenging and varied estate surveying programmes, services and subject matter expert advice across all customers, including advice to senior officers on the management of RAF establishments.

Responsible to Military Heads of Establishment for property related management including negotiations to grant and acquire new lease agreements, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and any other property related agreements. You will provide information and advice on MOD estate rationalisation opportunities, identifying disposal opportunities.

The MOD real Estate is a wide and varied package including ranges and training area, historic buildings, listed building, and commercial tenants. The role will also include working on national estate management related projects as directed. You will be acting both as landlord and tenant on our unique estate, so variety is certain!

This position is based at RAF Wyton.
