Senior Asset Manager

PSD are working with a property investment and asset management business who are searching for a Senior Asset Manager to work across a mixed commercial office and retail portfolio.  Our client is a boutique investor in search of value-add opportunities across all asset classes; they are highly acquisitive and well-funded.  The existing portfolio which requires intensive asset management includes commercial offices, retail, distribution sheds and some larger mixed-use development sites. 

The ideal candidate will have some exposure to retail assets.  Landlord experience would be ideal but we are equally looking for strong candidates with retail experience from Senior Surveyor through to Director level within an advisory practice or a Head of Estates from a retail occupier business.  This is a great opportunity for candidates who have a retail focussed career to date but would like to also diversify the assets they work on.
