Building Surveyor

The Company  
We are excited to be recruiting for a regional, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, based in Shropshire. They are currently experiencing a period of significant growth and are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join the team.

Providing a full service across professional building surveying, they partner with a wide range of clients across both residential and commercial. The company specialise in advising clients wishing to maximise the potential of their property assets at a strategic level, through to one-off valuations and planning applications.

The Role
The successful candidate will have exposure to a varied range of commercial clients, delivering across all building consultancy services. This will involve:

- Project Management
- Residential Surveys
- Project Management
- Preparation of Schedules of Condition
- Pre-acquisition surveys
- Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations
- Preparing Party Wall notices and agreeing Awards
- Support to junior team members

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and MRICS (ideally with a degree in Building Surveying).
