Role 

As a Senior Development Manager you will work closely with the Development Director overseeing all property transactions from enquiry to legal exchange. This will  include liaison with all key stakeholders including investment funders, vendors and solicitors.

You will be responsible for reporting on all live transactions ensuring that the investment criteria is met and carry out financial and risk appraisals, negotiate deal changes and contractual matters.

A natural leader you will provide direction to the team ensuring the groups mission, business plan and values are met.
 
Person 

Financially astute you will have experience of managing a programme of properties and the delivery process within the commercial / residential sector. You are ambitious have the “right attitude,” willing to both learn and get stuck-in.

• Understanding of commercial property contracts and development appraisals.
