Role  

As a Senior Transaction Manager you will work closely with the Development Director overseeing all property transactions from enquiry to legal exchange. This will include liaison with all key stakeholders including investment funders, vendors and solicitors.
You will be responsible for reporting on all live transactions ensuring that the investment criteria is met and carry out financial and risk appraisals, negotiate deal changes and contractual matters.
A natural leader you will provide direction to the team ensuring the groups mission, business plan and values are met.

Financially astute you will have experience of managing a program of properties and the delivery process within the commercial / residential sector. You are ambitious have the “right attitude,” willing to both learn and get stuck-in.  
  
Key skills/experiences:   

• Excellent communication skills and ability to challenge constructively. 
• Proven leadership skills Excellent Project Management & IT skills 
• Understanding of commercial property contracts and development appraisals.  
• Effective management of multiple stakeholders 
• Works closely with colleagues and offers support to the team.  
• Understands the big picture and the detail for each scheme.  
• Works with people inside and outside the business to make sure of their understanding of business requirement.  
• Is entrepreneurial with a strong commercial acumen.
