Customer Services Manager, Housebuilder

My client is a successful and expanding 5* Housebuilder with an enviable reputation for producing homes with flair, panache and quality. The position of Customer Services Manager is now open in their Southern Office for an individual who can deliver high levels of business performance and customer satisfaction.
 
About the Role: 

Reporting to the Managing Director you will work within a well-established regional Customer Service Team, driving quality and raising standards in processes, procedures and customer journey. 
 
Responsible for meeting and exceeding Customer Service KPIs and ultimately achieving exceptional customer satisfaction surveys from both customers and clients alike. 
 
You will promote a culture of motivation and team building both internally and externally ensuring an excellent level of customer service that is expected of a 5-star housebuilder.  
 
 
What we’re looking for:   
 
An outstanding communicator you will be used to working with customers, understanding their needs and delivering on promises. Proven experience in a customer services position is essential ideally working with housebuilder / developer.
