A leading Property Company is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team, based in Central London.

You will be responsible for managing a mixed commercial portfolio, consisting of retail and office assets.

Day-to-day property management responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out regular property inspections to undertake and produce planned maintenance programmes.
  • Manage new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewal, break clauses, surrenders and tenant applications.
  • Take responsibility for H&S and insurance compliance.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Work closely with the accounts team to prepare service charge budgets and sign off reconciliations.

Key property management requirements:

  • Member of RICS.
  • Proven commercial property management experience.
  • Previous experience managing retail and/or office assets.
  • Ability to use property management systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.

They are offering £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
